I founded this company after spending more than 20 years in construction and 15 years specializing in building science, because I saw a clear need for something different in this industry. Too many mission-critical facilities were being built without a deep understanding of the science behind them—or the business strategy driving them. I wanted to change that.

With a Master’s in Building Science and experience delivering over one million square feet of cold storage, food processing, warehousing, and data infrastructure, I’ve learned how essential it is to bring performance, precision, and financial insight together from day one. My approach combines advanced technical analysis with business-focused decision making—from lifecycle cost assessments and energy modeling to operational risk evaluation and ROI strategy.

For me, this work is about more than building facilities. It’s about helping businesses operate with confidence—creating environments that are reliable, efficient, compliant, and built to support the future they’re planning for. That’s the vision I bring to every project and the reason I started this company in the first place.
